Newsarama is reporting that Bryan Singer and his team are going to create FOUR comic book specials that will fill in the hole between Superman II and Superman Returns.

(Bryan Singer has gone on record as saying that Superman Returns is a sequel to Superman II, and has chosen to ignore Superman III and IV)
