I got an e-mail from the editor of flixens asking me if i'd write up a post about this picture that is making the rounds on the interweb:

Obviously because i'm the only teenage member of flixens, i have some kind of insight or something on this. Or perhaps a reaction of horror, "How could Hermione drink beer?!" Honestly, tho, my reaction is this: So? I HATE Harry Potter. I HAAAAAAAATE IT. Yeah, I'm like the only one I know. But you know what, it's GARBAGE. Honestly, the side of a cereal box is more gripping than one of those books. And don't start me on the movies... Ugh. CRAP. So there, I'm already, like, hating anything Harry Potter. As for Emily Watson drinking - so what. You didn't drink when you were 15? Jesus Christ people, get a life. Stop acting like this poor girl is a victim of Hollywood and is growing up too fast. Don't worry, you can get all finger-pointy and aghast when she's caught doing coke in two years.
