The Sun is dying, and mankind is dying with it. Our last hope: a spaceship and a crew of eight men and women. They carry a device which will breathe new life into the star. But deep into their voyage, out of radio contact with Earth, their mission is starting to unravel. Soon the crew are fighting not only for their lives, but their sanity.
This is the first i've heard of this film... And i call myself a Danny Boyle fan.
I've seen and loved all his films, except The Beach... (Blech).
You'd think I'd have heard he was making this movie.
Nope. Not a clue.
Anyway, watch some really cool footage of the film at the official site here.
The only thing that bugs me is that they're all doing "American" accents. Why do they have to do that?
I get the feeling Danny Boyle is still striving for that Hollywood acceptance he gained with Trainspotting and lost with The Beach (blech).
