Movie MILF gave me this story because she said that writing it would make her feel old, and that I would be kind in my reporting. Unfortunately, Movie MILF is completely mistaken! :D
My dear, you are FAR FROM OLD, not like the baby boomers I will be "ripping into" (thanks Jenny) right now.
They are everywhere, and are quickly becoming a problem in Western society with respect to pensions. So what can we do that would help us afford to pay for all these retiring baby boomers?
The answer is simple: DON'T LET THEM RETIRE!
And as usual, Hollywood is taking the first steps to ensuring progress for a changing society, as an entire generation of movie stars, who normally would have been considered too old to do the types of films they became famous for, continue to make those films!
Sylvester Stallone (age: 60 years) is back with another Rocky film, as Movie MILF mentioned, HERE (trailer is linked).
Bruce Willis (age: 51 years) keeps Dying Harder, and Movie MILF, who always seems to get the old people stories, had discussed it HERE. (I promise, YOU ARE NOT OLD)
Harrison Ford (age: 64 years) will search for the most precious artifact in the world: himself, in Indiana Jones IV.
Well, I'm sure there are more to include in the list, but two of the latest pieces of news, coming from Dark Horizons, are that:
Kurt Russell (age: 55 years) will be doing another Escape From <_> film with John Carpenter (story HERE, and the source is Bloody Disgusting). Later yesterday evening, Ain't it Cool News proved that this rumor was false, after having spoken to John Carpenter and his wife and producer, Sandy King about it.
Mel Gibson (age: 50 years), who has ruined his life with alcohol, will be returning for Lethal Weapon 5 (story HERE). After the infamous incident, which Nina spoke about HERE, the actor/director's normally busy schedule was cleared out.
Who knows how any of these films will be, but one thing is for certain: as long as the baby boomers keep on working, Western society would not have to waste more land by building more golfing areas.
