Get it? EYES? EYES?! Well, the title of the film is The Eye, so really, the title of this post should read, "Alba THE EYE Horror flick" but that doesn't make any sense. This way, the title sort of makes sense, and it's pleasent in it's stupidity.
Anyway.
Empire Magazine reports that Jessica Alba is considering playing the lead in the latest Japanese-Horror-Remake The Eye. The plot is as follows:
a cornea transplant patient realizes that she can now see disturbing imagery and must solve the mystery of what happened to the woman whose eyes provided the raw material for the surgery.
Spooooky.
Now, I have friends that love Alba. They own Into the Blue. Personally, I think she's a walking train-wreck of an actress, but as my brother says, "She's got nice wallies". But horror movies require more than that from their leads. They require a certain finesse, they require an innocence, they require- Ahh, who am I kidding. She'll be acting with her wallies, and that will be enough.
